ShowCycle: Born to Revolutionize Event Management

Our Mission

At ShowCycle, we are dedicated to making event management easier. We understand the challenges and complexities associated with running a successful event and have created the all-encompassing event management software that streamlines the entire process. With ShowCycle you’ll have everything you need to manage your event from start to finish in one place. With features like graphical floorplan management, contract management,  conference management, and more, you’ll have the tools you need to organize, market, and manage your event.


Our Story

ShowCycle was born out of recognizing the need for comprehensive event management software. Led by the team at Fantail Consulting and Technologies, a technology consulting and systems integration company headquartered in Columbia, Maryland, our mission has been to revolutionize the event management industry with an all-in-one solution that simplifies and streamlines every aspect of the event planning process.

ShowCycle leverages the features of Salesforce to provide unlimited reports, dashboards, workflow automation, and more. Customers can build custom functionality to suit their specific needs or install any of the apps available on AppExchange to grow their investment capabilities in ShowCycle further. Add-ons like financial management, booth sales management, sponsorship fulfillment, exhibitor portal, conference management, analytics, and much more are available to ensure a seamless end-to-end event experience.

With decades of combined experience in trade show technology, Fantail has been at the forefront of developing customized solutions and integrations to solve the industry’s most pressing problems. Our CEO, Pat Pathade, and the highly diverse team of professionals at Fantail have worked closely with event organizers to understand their needs and develop the most efficient and robust event management software on the market.

2014 - CES Contract

Consumer Electronics Show engages Fantail to build their system on Salesforce

2014 - ShowCycle launched at Expo! Expo!

Fantail launches Showcycle as a Sales management app on Salesforce.

2022 - Spargo Inc. Contract

Spargo engages Fantail to design and build a Sponsorship Fulfillment system on Salesforce

2023 - ShowCycle v2

ShowCycle version 2 launched as a comprehensive event management platform with native floorplan manager and several other modules.
